Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

New Zealand is the only destination outside Australia that we ship to. New Zealand orders are placed on aberdeenwest.com.au and checked out at checkout.aberdeenwest.com.au. The New Zealand rate is charged in Australian dollars and is shown at checkout before payment; it was A$16.04 on a small order when last checked on 22 September 2026. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Shipment Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
